Finally

after many tries I have found what works best for me. Portion control and exercise are what it is all about. That way I can eat anything and everything I want but I just don’t over eat.

    Portion control is what works best for me because if i have a huge plate in front of me…i’ll eat the whole thing. Glad to hear that you found out what works best for you.
